This is among the worst rental services in Greece. They engage in deceptive practices with hidden policies. Their reputation is extremely poor, and the staff is unprofessional. I would highly recommend avoiding this service!
If you can, steer clear of this rental service. Although we booked through another platform, the actual provider was this company, which we wish we had known. The lengthy pre-inspection process was alarming, and we encountered safety issues with the tires. Upon return, they tried to claim damage on the wrong vehicle and pressured us into signing without clarity. The whole experience felt dishonest and chaotic. Choose a reputable rental company instead.
The staff at the counter were unfriendly and unprofessional during the car pickup. They failed to document all the existing scratches, leading to accusations of damages upon return. Fortunately, I had photos to prove the prior condition, but they refused to acknowledge my evidence. My deposit is still being withheld without explanation, and I have received no customer service regarding this matter.
I strongly advise against using this rental service. While picking up the car was relatively easy, I soon discovered a mechanical issue that they dismissed as a minor problem. Upon return, they tried to charge me for a tiny mark on the vehicle, which I could prove was pre-existing thanks to my photos. They also attempted to charge a cleaning fee. The entire experience felt like a scam. Please, take my advice and rent from a different company!

Upon returning the vehicle, an employee immediately pointed out a scuff that was virtually invisible unless inspected closely. They quickly provided an exorbitant quote for repairs. I cannot emphasize enough to avoid this company!
I'm not usually one to write negative reviews, but please do not rent from this service. We returned our car in perfect condition, yet they claimed we caused a dent and tried to charge us over 500 Euros for a scratch they claimed to find later. They even suggested a bribe to avoid the charges. This is a company that resorts to aggressive tactics and dishonesty. Choose a different rental service for a better experience.
