AVOID! SCAMMERS! Thankfully I've had my £200 refunded by my credit card company that this company unlawfully took from my damage deposit (although GM are contesting this!). Also had to fight for my fuel deposit to be returned!I checked the car for damage when I took the vehicle, as per the rental agreement. There was no damage other than that recorded on their paperwork. The day after retuning they told me one of the tyres didn't match and that I had swapped it - I had not.As I have no photo/video evidence of all the tyres showing make and model, that say I cannot prove I did not change the tyre. They of course have no evidence that when I took the vehicle all tyres were matching either.And to add to this, on previous hires I've been called and asked to pick the car up later than I'd booked because of other collections booked and also to return the car earlier than I'd paid for.Cowboy company!
