Terrible.. did on line check in.. scan license.., passport.. everything thry ask for. Of course it says.. easy check in no papers to sign, all info is accurate… your car will be waiting.What a joke! One person working, long line. Wanted car insurance info on a Sunday! Refused to rest me the car! Terrible.. unfriendly.. unprofessional people!! Don’t waste your time of money!!
