This specific location had numerous issues: the vehicle was dirty and I had to wait even longer for it. The car had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the bumper was improperly attached, which is unacceptable. I felt compelled to document the car's condition with videos before leaving, as I didn't trust they wouldn't hold me accountable for pre-existing damage upon return. Overall, this company employs misleading tactics and pressures customers into unnecessary insurance.
