Unfortunately, the very first use of the large stockpot resulted in scratches to my induction hob, which was very upsetting. While the smaller pans performed perfectly, the stockpot incident was surprising and concerning.I contacted Fortnum & Mason immediately, providing detailed photos of both the cookware and the damage. However, for several weeks, the matter remained unresolved, leaving me frustrated and unsure of how it would be handled.
