Purchased Valencia Pro $579.00 set a month ago. Performed the egg test. Did not stick. The egg slid out of the pan. Made an omelet with cheese. Cheese did not stick. Slid right out of than into my plate. I cooked steak tip in the pan with the grooves. Added various seasonings along with barbecue sauce. Nothing stuck. I cooked spaghetti, water over flowed. Very little water left in the pan. Spaghetti did not stick. Each one of the meals, clean up is a breeze. I have not put these pans in the dishwasher. I use wooden utensils. A product such as Green Pan, for me to leave any type of review, not to mention a 5 star review is rare.This product, at least the Valencia Pro does everything it says.Thank you
