CRAP!!! I followed every direction and ‘warmed’ the stove…cooked at low to medium heat only….hand washed it in warm soapy water and still tarnished. 12 emails back and forth later with their WORTHLESS warranty they finally said they would replace it (I used it once!) and this is what they said:Unfortunately, your replacement may not match your existing set. We apologize, but we cannot accept exchanges once your replacement has been delivered. Once a replacement has been sent, we have fulfilled the warranty. Your replacement pan does not fall under the warranty
