Have had the GreenPan pans for a few weeks and love cooking with them. Excellent non-stick quality. I love cooking at the slightly lower temps due to how well they retain the heat and my meats turn out super tender. We are being careful with the ceramic coating and using a dishcloth to wash as well. Food slides right off. We are also using wood or silicon utensils, and bought the pans to use on an induction cooktop.
