Few weeks—positive experience

Have had the GreenPan pans for a few weeks and love cooking with them. Excellent non-stick quality. I love cooking at the slightly lower temps due to how well they retain the heat and my meats turn out super tender. We are being careful with the ceramic coating and using a dishcloth to wash as well. Food slides right off. We are also using wood or silicon utensils, and bought the pans to use on an induction cooktop.

Truly Non-stick

The 8-inch GreenPan I purchased is truly non-stick. I use it for making 2-egg omelettes. It works fine. I am careful to wash the pan after each use, using Dawn dish soap and a soft cotton cloth.

Not non stick

I bought since I wanted a good non stick pan but food gets stuck to it. When I cook eggs, I made sure to follow instructions didn't use any oil spray on the pan. I only put a little olive but the eggs stick to the pan everytime.

Love, love, LOVE my 19 piece Valencia set in Twilight!

My Valencia 19 piece set in Twilight is not only beautiful but lives up to the marketing. It cooks the food perfectly and is SO easy to clean. I was nervous ordering them - hoping they would live up to my expectations and they have surpassed them! It arrived very fast, was packaged to make sure nothing was damaged in transit and customer service was outstanding. I will be back for more cookware, bakeware and other great products.

This pan is great

This pan is great. I was told not to use high heat, and on medium heat it gets hot enough for all my needs. It is very easy to clean and I expect I'll have it a long time.

I looked around for a good set of…

I looked around for a good set of cookware. I went online and found the best 5 Green Pan was the first. I had another brand in mind but they want 400.00 and that was too must for the same amount of pots and pan. I looked them over and othe places I got them tired them and they cook great and slides out without sticking. I made a good choice!!
