I ordered on December 1, took advantage of a promotion, but the main item I wanted never arrived, and the others came 26 days later, after Christmas. I received a refund for the smallest item but was denied a full refund or return for the others. I lost over $70 due to this issue. The customer service was polite throughout our communication, but now I feel unsupported. If you choose to buy from this company, note that free shipping is the only option, and it took 26 days to Florida. Their site mentions France, which raises doubts.
