The products on the site are all drop-shipped and very poor quality. What they say on their website does not really match what you’re getting. It was an instant return for me.
When you return it, they also make you pay for the return shipping cost.
My purse came with scratches on the front. The additional items I received (another purse, a bag strap, and a keychain) were of very low quality. I'm quite disappointed overall. I reached out to the support team to start a return process. I'll update this review if they get back to me and provide a full refund.

This bag is stylish, durable, and offers plenty of space. I love how it feels on my shoulder and the texture is delightful. My only suggestion would be to add zippers to both inner pockets, but that's just a personal preference. I absolutely adore this purse!
