My order took over 20 days to arrive. A representative stated that many complaints are exaggerated, and I want to address that here. This review aims to highlight the need for transparency regarding shipping practices and expected delivery times that are currently missing. Buyers should be cautious if planning purchases for upcoming holidays! This company relies on third-party carriers, and once the product leaves their facility, they seem to have no control over how long it takes to arrive or even if it arrives at all. They often blame shipping partners for delays. I ordered on December 1, participated in a promotion, but the main item I wanted never arrived, while the others came 26 days later, after Christmas. I received a refund for the smallest item, but they won’t issue a full refund or allow returns for the other items that came with the promotion. I am out over $70 due to this situation. The customer service was courteous throughout our 22 days of communication, but now I feel abandoned. If you decide to purchase from this company, be aware that free shipping is the only option available, and in my case, it took 26 days to Florida. Their website mentions France, but I’m doubtful. They do not offer any additional shipping rates at the customer’s expense, yet they promote free shipping.
