4 years 3 months ths in still constantly loosing pressure down to 0, consistently ignoring my phonecalls and emails. Emergency line left 4 voicemails! No hot water now! Heated to 9c! Do not let these cowboys near your house to fit a heat pump! Hose heating on all night when it's meant to be off! But they keep saying it's fine!! We have a very different term for fine. It's definitely inadequate! Also they have blocked me from Thier Facebook page! Very pathetic. They could just spend some time figuring out what is wrong with the system so I stop complaining about it not working!! But that's too difficult, haven't managed it for 5 winters now. Enough it enough. I'll take this further as it's clearly necessary and they don't care enough to fix it!
