Solar panels initially fitted; took over two weeks and several phone calls of chasing to take the scaffold down. They then didn’t process the paperwork correctly so it took over three months from installation before I was able to receive payment for energy sent back to the grid. Finally, small dusting of snow recently and the bird protection came off the roof. They wouldn’t cover it under the warrant quoting an act of god - the weather was minor. Wanted to charge me over £1500 to re attached the bird protection. In the end had to get another company to refit the whole thing, and the feedback I received from them was that the proofing had been poorly installed and is not heavy duty either. If you do get them to fit your solar panels, get the bird proofing done by a company’s knows what they are doing and have better aftercare
