Getting greenscape to install a battery is looking like a horrendous financial mistake and the most frustrating 4months.Awful customer service we go weeks without a response, the response given has no real update or benefits even though it has apparently been escalated to a manager.3 months after install and we still haven't had resolution over the issues we reported days after install. Battery charges outside of schedules, electric bills have never been higher, no longer getting export from solar and we have a repeating error codes on the inverter we have been waiting nearly a month for a response on.Would just avoid not worth the savings by using them from the solar together scheme wish we would of used anybody elseUpdate..After raising this complaint greenscape did contact me and provide a solution which included a replacement battery which currently appears to be working correctly and kept me much more informed of progress and responded quickly to any follow questions I had.
