The information sounded very good with promises of a discount because of an auction system. After my application I did indeed have a discount over a local supplier I had a quote from. They did state that a survey may incur a slight increase do to cabling. I paid my deposit and Greenscape contacted me with their quote which had increased the price by 85% and this was without a survey. I was informaed I required a new distribution unit, DNO application, advanced battery discharge and monitoring. This all added £1805 to the original quote and none of this was mentioned from Solar together? I queried this with Greenscape although they did state some could be removed but it would still have been over £1000 higher, Greenscape also said "higher cost than the base option offered by Solar Together and unfortunately we were not involved in Solar Together’s initial communications " so what was the auction about and why were the full facts of extras mentioned? I am totally unhappy with these companies. It also took 11 days to get my deposit back although it was taken in a day.
