This is by far the worst insurance provider imaginable. They make it incredibly difficult to receive payments for claims. For the past 10 months, I've been trying to process a pre-approved orthodontics claim and have had to call repeatedly to ensure proper handling. They often lose claims, claim I didn't submit receipts (which I have documented), or deny my claims citing internal errors on their part. It's been a complete nightmare. I wish my employer had chosen a different provider.
