I have been attempting to contact customer service for two days. Each time, I've waited around 30 minutes before having to hang up, and 38 minutes on another call before getting disconnected. Now, I've been waiting for over an hour for a representative. The person who finally answered was new and suggested I call back or check online. It was a waste of my time. He mentioned there was nothing they could do to expedite adding my son to my file, despite having provided all necessary information.
