I have now entered my correct routing and bank account information (3) times to begin payment on a home improvement project.Each time I have received a "payment cannot be processed".I contacted them and they repeatedly said it was on "my end"... hmm I have had the same checking account for 20yrs and I know my routing and account number.Something is not right. Finally, they contacted me. Blamed me for entering the wrong checking account number, but would not provide me with screen shots from their system to prove it, if I was in the wrong I could admit it. They had no problem processing my payment, will be taking screen shots going forward of what I enter.
