I’m giving one star because it’s the lowest possible rating. They exploit older individuals, charging late fees even though I haven’t had the service for 30 days. They don’t inform you about payment due dates or provide a contract, and it’s hard to reach them. I wouldn’t recommend this service at all.
I'm only giving one star because it's the minimum. I wouldn't even go that high. This service feels like a legal loan shark. They may offer a decent rate, but what they won’t tell you is that 90% of your payment goes to fees. You end up paying two or three times what you borrowed. Stay far away from this service.
I want to highlight something crucial as many people overlook the difference between true 0% interest and deferred interest. This financing option was genuinely 0% promotional interest — not the type where they charge interest retroactively if you don’t pay off the total. I didn’t pay the full balance during the promotional period but made significant payments. When the promo ended, interest only applied to the remaining balance. Everything worked as described, with no surprise charges or retroactive interest. If you understand the terms and use it responsibly, this financing can be fair and transparent.

One star for predatory and unacceptable practices. My father, a senior citizen, fell victim to deceptive financing. He never knowingly signed up for a loan; a representative misled him into enrolling without his consent. He only learned about the loan when letters started arriving, claiming payments were due. He felt compelled to pay to avoid credit damage. For over a year, money was taken from his account, including late fees, despite him being unaware of the loan. After paying a lump sum to settle, he received emails stating that fees were waived and a refund was due, only to later be told his account was late. This feels designed to confuse and pressure older customers. I strongly advise anyone, especially seniors, to avoid any contractors using this financing.
Horrible experience. They release funding at the contractor's request without consulting the customer, even when the work is poorly done. Working with this service means losing control over contractor accountability; they prioritize the contractor, not the loan applicant.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Many customers are dissatisfied, and their ratings reflect that. Employees seem burnt out, and merchants have also left negative reviews. Their loyalty lies with profit. The application process is predatory towards the elderly, and misinformation is rampant. Customers often miss statements due to automatic paperless billing, and communication is complicated and confusing.
This is the worst credit service I have dealt with. My father took out a loan for window replacements; after he passed, my brother and I are trying to settle the account. We need a payoff amount and have wasted hours on the phone, getting passed around without any help. They seem to be stalling us, and we are considering legal action.
