I signed up for a loan three years ago to install solar panels but have yet to receive the product for my homes. The last contact with the solar company was on September 11, 2023, when they informed me that the original plans for my home would not work and that they would reach out to the city of Denver to review new structural plans. At that point, I asked the solar company to cancel the project, as it had already exceeded the quoted one-year timeline.Since then, I have not heard from the solar company, but the loan provider has continued to charge me for a product that was never installed. When I explained the situation to the loan provider, they stated they would reach out to the solar company but were ignored.As a result, I have now been reported as delinquent on the loan payments for solar equipment that was never delivered. This has severely impacted my credit score, and I have yet to find a resolution with Green Sky or the solar company.
