Terrible experience. I ordered a chair and did not receive the invoice or tracking details. After raising a support ticket, they provided the information, but the order was delayed by a week, and I received a damaged product. When I raised the issue, they promised a replacement but then claimed they didn't have the part in stock and could only offer a refund. The order pickup was also delayed, and after a week, I still haven't received my refund or any further communication.
