Terrible experience. I ordered a chair and did not receive the invoice or tracking details. After raising a support ticket, they provided the information, but the order was delayed by a week, and I received a damaged product. When I raised the issue, they promised a replacement but then claimed they didn't have the part in stock and could only offer a refund. The order pickup was also delayed, and after a week, I still haven't received my refund or any further communication.

Support is non-existent

Support is non-existent for the product purchased online; they just redirect you to the online retailer. What's the point of buying this chair if the retailer handles all customer issues? It's better to shop offline or choose a different brand rather than dealing with this disappointing one, especially when the chair had problems from day one.

Flagship product deteriorated too quickly

Their flagship product has worn out after just 18-24 months, with the cushion starting to tear. I've been experiencing back pain from sitting in this chair for extended periods, which I attribute to the worn-out materials. It has impacted my ability to work comfortably. I've realized this after comparing it to other chairs that don't cause pain. To add to my frustration, customer support has been unhelpful and slow to respond.
