Very disappointed with Greenworkers. I bought the GRV-1010 about 3 years ago and it suddenly stopped working and says “Charging” but won’t stay on the dock, and none of the buttons respond.Customer support was no help. I followed all their instructions, but they just told me it’s out of warranty (only 1 year) and offered zero troubleshooting after that. They also couldn’t even find my order from their own website.It seems the battery is only designed to last 2–3 years, which is frustrating given the short warranty. Poor support and disappointing product lifespan. Would not recommend.
