Despite obtaining the shipping form and sending the merchandise, Greenworks has not been proactive in providing updates or proceeding with the due refund.The only method that proved effective in obtaining assistance and the refund was the intervention of PayPal. Therefore, I strongly advise against making purchases on Greenworks, unless you use PayPal as a payment method, in order to benefit from their protection in case of problems.
