Customer service and warranty are horrible now. I have had Greenworks products for 5 years and own almost everything they make on the 60v platform. Spent close to 14k or 15k total over the years. I only stayed with them because their customer service and warranty were great in the beginning. Now they both are horrible and I will be switching to another brand. Almost half of everything I have bought die within 1-2 years and need to be replaced. They were great and just replaced but why are their so many quality issues? My main issue is the zero turn and 2 stage snow blower. Both are large amd heavy and require being sent to their partner service centers on my dime and time but of course they don't have any closer than 75 minutes away each way. I don't own a truck and trailer so have to rent or figure that out each time. Drive to drop off, drive home then drive to pick up and drive home for expensive equipment that both died within 1-2 years of purchase. The zero turn took 3 months for them to fix. We will see about the snow blower. Save yourself the headache and go with a different brand. Speaking with the repair people they told me the best company to work with is the main electric company that starts with E.Once all my warranty's are over, I will be switching and selling all this greenworks crap.
