I purchased a Greenworks 80V 12" Brushless Cordless Snow Shovel with LED Light I used twice before it stopped working. I reached out to Greenworks and was advised that I voided my warranty because I did not use their battery. Their customer service is awful. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, Sarah came on and told me that the unit is not repairable, but they can provide me with a discount to purchase a new one. Are you kidding me? This was purchased on AMAZON-this warning should be prominently displayed!!!
