Then they refused the return, citing hidden fine print that says the item must be received at their warehouse within 30 days, even though they send their own shipping label after submission. This contradiction in their policy is misleading, unfair, and feels like a shady loophole to block refunds. I have filed an FTC complaint and recommend caution—if you need to return anything, act fast and document everything.
