I ordered a mower from Greenworks during a limited-time promo and was charged over $500. I never received any cancellation email. The order just sat in their system marked “unfulfilled” for weeks. When I finally contacted them via chat, they told me the item was out of stock and my order had been “canceled automatically" but system does not even show it or did they ever contact me. I was never notified, and no refund was issued until I demanded it. I still haven’t received it which probably means I will need to get it from my credit card company after a 2 month investigationThis company’s silence and behavior make it clear: they will take your money, cancel your order without telling you, and leave you chasing a refund for months. This is unacceptable.
