Our entire experience with this company has been top notch. I have a friend a former CORGI registered plumber make the call to Gregory plumbing for me when i boiler spung a leak. His words to me after the call to explain what he'd found were: Very skilled, knows their stuff, book them in, I'd trust them as a retired corgimen. From the moment the foreman came to inspect our boiler to the time his tradesmen came out to replace our boiler it was professional all the way. Even to the point of laying protective cloth on our carpeted stairs and landing. No one has every done that and our carpet is old and nothing special. Both workman were skilled and kind and informed us of all they were doing. They were respectful when entering our childrens room who were in bed with flu; to inspect their aidiators. I only wish they'd not been shy to ask for me coffee which I'd rudely forgot to keep checking on them while they worked. I got too involved in my work from day to remember. They even informed us when they were leaving for their lunch and one of them politely asked for use of our microwave. I just can't say enough on the politeness of the two young workman. I told them when we move to our next home; we won't let anyone work on our plumbling or boiler except for them. My husband who's normally very quite couldn't say enough about them and told me to add they they were very quite, polite and extremely tidy! I apologise for not remembering to offer you more coffee and tea guys!

We had a central heating water leak in our airing cupboard so called Gregory Heating and Plumbing. Matt came out the same day and identified the leak as coming from the 32 year old water pump. He isolated the water, drained the system, removed the pump, went away to obtain a replacement, returned within 45 minutes and fitted the new pump all on the same day. An absolutely first class service and Matt could not have been more helpful. We also use Gregory for our annual boiler service and I have always found them to be very reliable and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any Plumbing and heating issues.
