Review Time
I use these on my sawmill blades when they are sharpened and coiled for storage. They have never broken and an added bonus is the many colors. I use the colors to let me know how many times they have been sharpened. Great price also!!
I called to talk to someone. When someone answered, sounded like I was bothering their video game. Then they just gave me attitude the entire conversation until finally they just hung up on me. I'll take my $11K purchase to someone else since I was such a bother
Whoever runs this company needs to resign immediately and let someone who knows how to run a 3rd party company take over. I ended up waiting for 3 months before I got tired and asked them to just cancel my order. Every phone call was “it will ship next week”. TERRIBLE!
Absolute disappointment. First order was shipped incomplete with zero communication, so we found out too late that we wouldn't be able to keep our promise to our end-user customer.Order was supposed to ship out next-day-air. It didn't. Zero communication.Took forever to get tracking information, then finally found out it shipped to a different state, wrong address. Was told they were re-shipping.Emailed customer service (same email address that had previously responded) three times asking for new tracking information and never got it.Called in on a Monday to talk to a manager, only to be told that the entire management team was off for a Canadian holiday and that I should call back tomorrow.Back-order finally arrived but was short-shipped. Again, zero communication. Packing slips don't match the reality of the shipment. They just show the whole order shipping complete regardless of the fact they didn't.Sent in an email asking for management help, got a response from a CSR stating that the shipment was broken into 4 tracking numbers and the rest was still in transit.Don't order from CTAM if you expect proactive communication, timely responses, and any attention at all from management. Worst customer service experience I've had all year. I deliver an outstanding customer service experience to my customers, and expect the same from my suppliers. Therefore, CTAM is no longer one of my suppliers.
We ordered a carton of cable management raceways and the product was extensively damaged in shipping. They sent an immediate replacement at their cost while investigating the issue with the carrier. Based on this customer service and willingness to address issues, I would recommend this company and plan to do business with again.
Supports second reply to my complaint was professional and finally addressed my open questions. As such, I am adjusting my 1 star to two stars. For the Record, a 5 star to me is above and beyond. 4 is excellent service, and three is average. Although questions were answered, overall, the initial engagement was below average. That being said, I trust the order process will be smooth.
