I placed my order on Tuesday and received a message indicating delivery for Wednesday to an address I selected. The parcel was refused, so I called and was assured it would arrive on Thursday, only to find out it was returned to the company. I emailed twice over three days and attempted to call multiple times, so now, five days later, I am left in the dark about my order for an advent calendar that is now irrelevant. As a customer for over five years, I won’t be using this service again.
