I ordered some specialty bars, but the delivery service returned them to the sender without notifying me. The company resent only part of my order, yet I was still charged for the full amount. Unfortunately, the resent items were also returned. I've attempted to reach out to the support team several times, but I've received no response. Now, I have no products for my holiday plans and have lost £45.
Unacceptable customer service.
I attempted to use my earned discount points and pressed redeem, but the amount didn’t deduct from the total. After reaching out via email to inquire about the issue, I received the terms and conditions regarding the discount points, which was completely unhelpful and did not address my original concern. I spend around £1000 annually with this company, which may not seem significant to many, but their customer service is utterly disappointing, and they haven't even responded to my follow-up messages. Going forward, I will be buying from other sellers, and I bid farewell to this brand as a loyal customer.
I ordered a protein bar bundle worth £48 on 14th November, but I still haven't received it, even though the payment has been deducted from my account. I've contacted the company multiple times, and a representative informed me that the delay was due to a technical error. I was asked to specify the flavors I ordered, but I still haven't received anything, and my money remains with them. Be cautious, as reaching them is quite challenging; their contact number is non-functional and they don't respond well to emails when the issue is on their end. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat a customer. *UPDATE* The representative has now replied with a generic email reiterating the technical error and asking for the flavor details again, which I provided days ago. What is happening with this company? I advise against ordering directly from them due to their apparent issues.
The loyalty points provided cannot be used on discounted items, and discount codes aren’t applicable either! It’s disappointing to see a box of 12 bars priced at £30 when they can be found for just 99p each elsewhere. The pricing and discount system definitely require improvement. I will continue to shop at the alternative store until changes occur!

Paying £30 for a box of 12 bars feels excessive when they are available elsewhere for just 99p each. The pricing and voucher system clearly need adjustments! I placed my order on Tuesday and received a message indicating delivery for Wednesday to an address I selected. The parcel was refused, so I called and was assured it would arrive on Thursday, only to find out it was returned to the company. I emailed twice over three days and attempted to call multiple times, so now, five days later, I am left in the dark about my order for an advent calendar that is now irrelevant. As a customer for over five years, I won’t be using this service again.
