Because of misinformation with the driver missed a bus and then instead of putting me back on a bus they charged me $130 to get a connecting bus just to get back on my itinerary and then on the second leg of my trip the bus breaks down was told that it would be there for at least 6 hours I had to go to the hospital for some medical treatment I got back 3 hours later and the bus was gone then I was stuck in Mount Shasta all night until 2:00 the next day and 30° weather on top of that they lost my baggage and went up to Seattle your customer service are absolutely horrible and helping with any kind of situation absolutely a horrible experience
