Bus ride from Atlanta to Orlando was great Driver was the best not cranky like most making joke.give that man some more money. Now the bad its really bad Atlanta station very dirty spells like I was in a toilet bowl that hasn't been flushed for week.the real bad is not safe at all dont go outside will get robbed. Now the worst I have ever ben is Orlando had 3hr overlay and didnt think I would survive Drug Dealing inside and alot outside.on bikes and walking yelling what they have.walking with face covers on you will get robbed if you give them the chance. Security is paid off by them I know the drill.just stay away watch ones with face covers they follow you looking to strike.
I work and live in Savannah, Georgia and I have family and associates in Charlotte, north Canada, Carolina, and I travel periodically by greyhound flex bus, but you know what? I mean, you can't watch every customer on it because they get unruly, and I just don't like to be around nasty people, you know what I mean, and I'm clean so you know and
As a foreign visitor from Asia, I have observed that Greyhound has improved considerably compared with its service 10 years ago. The pricing is reasonable for intercity travel and represents good value, particularly for backpackers.
This Bus line is not worth the money u will spend. They left me stranded and tried to blame it on me when I had a 59 minute delay and expected me to still be at the next bus station in time while I was 30 minutes away and the bus left in 10-15 minutes. I’m telling this is a last/desperate resort. (Btw they were tying to charge me $130 for a whole other ticker which was a regular 3hr drive back to my home)
Fast travels, relax and quiet peaceful the drivers are excellent , respectful and experienced 10stars love rideing with greyhound and flex, thanks for the safe experience riding with both yall are doing a great job keep up the great work service the people.
I made a round trip to Bromley on Thursday, January 22nd, using my freedom pass for both legs of the journey. While checking my bank app, I discovered that the company had charged me £6.37. This charge is puzzling because my bank card was securely stored in my wallet and back pocket. There are no trips in Bromley that would incur such a fee. I never pay for travel on London buses when I can travel for free. Very concerning experience.
My friend was visiting from out of state and we purchased a bus ticket for her return home. At the time of departure, the bus was scheduled to pick up in a parking lot and was 20 minutes late. Unfortunately, we were unaware that she needed to download the ticket in advance, and her phone became unusable due to data issues. There was no kiosk available in the parking lot, and the driver was unhelpful, refusing to let her board. As a result, she missed the bus, and my 45-year-old friend is still stranded here. We contacted the company after the incident and were informed that nothing could be done. We've reached out to local churches and assistance organizations, but none have funds available for a bus ticket. We're out of options, and her father is seriously ill, adding to the urgency of her situation. Be cautious if you're boarding in a parking lot without a printed ticket, as they will not accommodate you.
I would like to commend the driver of the 8:15 pm bus for outstanding in the areas of being courteous courteous in her attitude and professional in her driving.
After missing an earlier Greyhound bus from Baltimore to Philadelphia the kind female driver of Bus #87250 operating the 8:15 Baltimore to Philadelphia run cheerfully allowed me to board her practically empty bus and be able to make it to work at my job in Philadelphia late but I made it

I bought a ticket but couldn’t board due to arriving late after a long journey to the bus stop. The company denied my request for a reissue or refund, considering the ticket 'used' despite my not boarding. I was left without help and am seeking either a refund or a new ticket, which has yet to happen.
Buses were punctual, providing a comfortable and fairly clean experience... the drivers were good (I observed that they switched at certain points during the journey 👍🏽). This is excellent as it ensures the drivers stay rested and alert 👍🏽.
