Excellent communication. Easy pick up with a quick discount for doing so. Speedy arrival of appliance. Two week sourcing became ten days. Eugene was an excellent person to work with. Happy with the product.

Ordered 21 days ago, I have no received much correspondence… “we are working on it”. I will have to get a refund after wasting 3 weeks. No sure this is a real business or what.

It took 2 weeks to get a tracking number to know that my purchase was being processed Other than that, customer service was responsive and I'm happy with my purchase.
