I would honestly give this product zero stars if I could. Why?
1. The buds won't connect to my phone/their app. I have emailed them looking fro support and got zero response.
2. The buds and case only hold the charge for a few hours - not longer as advertised. Leave them in your bag for a day in the - dead!
3. I have emailed looking fro a refund under their 30-day guarantee. - nothing, silence.
Its a bad product only mathed by their awful customer service.
I purchased Ozlo sleep buds last month. I have never slept this well. They’re so comfortable. Unfortunately, one fell out while I was sleeping and my dog chewed it up. Thankfully, Ozlo sells replacements and I purchased one immediately. Can’t wait for it to arrive so I can start sleeping well again.
Great quality, comfortable fit and enjoying the masking noise sound options (I would like to see a white, pink, brown label against each sound). The inbuilt alarm is also cool. Has reduced the amount of awake / disturbed time and how many times I get up at night. Also reduced the impact of my tinnitus. Very happy
I'm really frustrated to have to write this because I genuinely enjoyed this product for 9 months, as it significantly improved my sleep despite the noise pollution I deal with. However, one of the earbuds started malfunctioning, and after reaching out to the support team, they guided me through some troubleshooting steps which initially worked but then failed again. The team was very helpful, but eventually, the solutions stopped being effective. I sent photos and requested a replacement since it was no longer functioning. Since then, I've received no response at all. I've reached out multiple times and have been completely ignored. It's incredibly disappointing, especially since I was such a fan of the product. Now, I'm left with a defective item and unsatisfactory service.

The battery fails to last through the night when using Bluetooth, connectivity problems are frustrating, and the range is lacking (you have to stay within about 3 meters of the case or you lose signal). Less than a year in, the audio quality has significantly declined, with the left earbud completely failing. The customer support offered unhelpful advice for fixing the issue, and none of their suggestions worked. For instance, after deleting and reinstalling the app as instructed, it no longer allowed the earbuds to pair with my device. I've spent around $300 on these sleep buds, which have not delivered as promised. I recommend looking elsewhere.
As an early backer, I initially received excellent support when my first pair failed after 3 months. I got a replacement set in July 2024, and everything was fine until the recent firmware update for sleep patterns. Since then, my earbuds repeatedly fail during the night, requiring me to reseat them constantly. This is hardly helpful for someone needing sleep. I've reset the earbuds and reinstalled the app, but the sleep patterns feature keeps activating on its own, leading to more failures. The support response time is unacceptable, often taking four to five days. I'm now considering other brands as the company has rapidly declined. I can't recommend these unless you're okay with spending $350 on a poorly supported product.
The earbuds are quite comfortable and stay in place better than my previous pair. The Bluetooth connection works, although not as smoothly as expected, and the app sounds are generally nice. However, after just a week of use at low volume and with default sound settings, I developed tinnitus. I've stopped using them, but the tinnitus persists, which is concerning. I strongly advise against these if you care about your hearing.
As of December 6, I still have received no response from customer support. I purchased the sleepbuds in February, and they worked well initially. However, by October, they began losing connection as soon as inserted in my ears, and I couldn't adjust sound or volume. After weeks of follow-ups, they finally agreed to replace the buds, but my package was damaged and disposed of by the courier. I informed customer support about this, but they did not reply. These buds are not cheap at £300, and while the concept is great, the product and support are severely lacking. I would recommend considering other options.
