I ordered the airpods 4 ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and I did not recieve the product. I paid over 130$ for a fed ex packaging which was already open when it got deliverd to my house. I think the delivery guy would of noticed but it was flipped the wrong way. Just becareful not so trustworthy of this site anymore

I’m not real tech oriented but Back Market made it doable. Received $ for trade in promptly too. Cord for the phone was a bit short but I guess we need diff sizes for diff places.
I ordered the premium version iPhone 15 and it is/ was like new. The battery life seems good and doesn’t have issues like an old, used phone. Overall the device has the functionality of a brand new operating system and device.
I am very happy with the phone I purchased I needed a newer smartphone but didn't want to pay what stores are charging for them there is nothing wrong with the phone I purchased it looks new and works great. The warranty and the customer service was great I will buy again
I never order anything online because I like shopping in the stores. I like having the option if something doesn’t work I can go back to the store and return it. I always wanted an iPhone 11 but when they were in stores they were in my budget to afford. Now being the phones are affordable I wanted to purchase it but they aren’t in stores so I was forced to buy online😑. Well all popular online stores are super sketchy and the reviews were too risky to chance it for my first time. Then as I was searching I seen an ad for backmarket and started to shop on the website. I went straight to the reviews and all of them were satisfying. I decided to take a chance and I brought the iPhone 11 Pro Max and I must say I’m super glad I made the right choice. Backmarket has really put an ease to online buying for electronics. The phone is in great condition and it came with a screen protector and charger. I have people asking where did I get the phone in such good quality. I tell the about backmarket and how it being my first time ordering online. I’m now waiting for my Apple Watch series 10 watch. Thank you backmarket for making my experience as honest and trustworthy as it should be.
