My partner bought me a top for £38, and when I requested an exchange, they offered a refund but deducted postage both ways and an additional £10, claiming it wasn’t fit to resell (which it was). They said the tags were missing, but I couldn't prove otherwise. When I pushed back, they accused me of being rude and hung up. This has been one of the most restrictive buying experiences I've had. However, I did eventually receive a full refund.
