I received faulty Barbour wellies last week and returned them for a replacement, only to be told they had no size 12 left. However, I checked online later, and size 12 was back in stock. It seems they are trying to sell faulty returns. Earlier in January, I received a faulty Barbour jacket and then another used one in July. It feels like they might be selling seconds at slightly lower prices. I won’t be using them again!
