Dreadful Customer Service Bought a pair of Hunter Balmoral Boots rrp £185.00. (Sale £124) On both boots the rubber is cracking. On arrival I sent photo and asked if they could do an exchange and get them to me within 3 days as I needed them for a trip. Told no.They would only send me a replacement pair once they received these ones back and I wouldn’t get a replacement if Griggs didn’t deem them a factory fault. HELLO? They are brand new boots. How can the cracking be anything but a factory fault???As a gesture of good will for their mistake in sending out damaged boots, after seeing the photo I sent, they could have sent me another pair and arranged collection of the faulty pair at the same time. But no. Not interested.Told me to buy another pair if wanted them quickly. Why should i be out of pocket £248.00 for them sending me out faulty boots. I dont recommend this terrible company. I will never buy from them again. If you have a problem of their making they couldn’t care less😡
