The product is fine, but the website is deceptive. There is a hyperlink to learn more about subscriptions, which most consumers would not click on as we all know how subscriptions work. That's the catch, subscriptions on this site are different. If you thought you were signing up for a subscription to ship every three months, you did, but you are also not allowed to cancel the sub until you have had three shipments.The fact that subscriptions cannot be cancelled until the "cycle" has ended and this is not CLEARLY stated on the purchasing page when a consumer chooses a subscription is very deceptive. I wouldn't have even signed up for a subscription if this was made clear at the time.The company knows that consumers will most likely not click on the link to find out how subscriptions work so the consumer is at the mercy of this ridiculous policy. No commerce site does business like this, at least not the reputable ones.All of my interactions have been over email thus far and I have asked in my last email for this to be escalated to a supervisor.
