Review Time
I ordered several grill cleaning items, which were promptly charged to my credit card. After 3 weeks with no delivery, I attempted to contact the company about my order. The only contact method I could find is by email, and after several emails I sent, I got a reply that the shippers were at fault, and allow a few more days for delivery. Same response 2 weeks later. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and after several weeks, they responded that one item I wanted was on back order, and that is what held up shipment of my other items as well. They did apologize for the lack of communication, but at this point, I’m not waiting for items to be back in stock. I’m asking for my money back, and will never get the time back I lost in trying to get this company to do what they claim. Beware.
I would like to share that once this company gets ahold of your email address it will abuse and molest it to no end. Of course you have to agree to their "terms and conditions" and "privacy policy" in order to place an order online (just like everyone else) and in the process your email box will continue to be abused daily for years to come without any way of stopping it. I have tried to "unsubscribe" but it leads to no results. I have now created a rule in my mailbox to try to stop the barrage of marketing email from this company. Despicable!
Ordered 2 pair of gloves and a pack of grill sponges in December 2025. I received the sponges soon after the order was placed, but have yet to receive the sponges. For a company claiming to be by first responders and veterans, they should not be trusted. I will be sending the unopened sponges back Feb 1 and filing to reverse charges.DO NOT buy from this company.
Ordered a grill rescue pro on Dec 3, 2025. It never arrived and tracking states it was returned in January. Company said they would send another and will not give me a tracking number or any further information. It will be 2 months from original order next week and no product. Does not appear to be a reputable business.
Horrible experience. Customer service does not exist at this company. Have been trying for over a month to get gloves, finally asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and now answer. Responded today with “we are preparing your gloves for shipment”. Told them I don’t want the gloves, I want a refund. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Do not buy from this company! They are not legit. We ordered product that was never sent. They provided a fake tracking number and have failed to respond to three written requests for refund or correction. We have to file a fraud report with our credit card company and hope to receive a refund through them.
Buyer beware!Zero customer service....would give zero stars if possible.We wanted to return our order and followed the return instructions. No action to confirm receipt of our return via UPS (we confirmed our return was received).No response to at least two follow-up e-mails.
I just received my Order and it’s missing two items one dunk tank and one black brush hanger. Everything else was complete. The order was placed on December 3, 2025 and received January 2, 2026. I contacted customer service and received an automated response. It's now been over a week and still no response from anyone. These things were to be Christmas gifts. I don't recommend this company.
Order a combo (brush and camo gloves) on 12/17/25, Got the brush, as of today still don't have the gloves. Paid for the shipping protection, didn't do any good. They say you can text and call, but they don't provide a telephone number to do either. I have been emailing them and was asked to send a picture of the brush? I finally sent it on 1/2/26, and still have not received notification of the pair of gloves being shipped or a credit being issued. Personally I now think they are a scam. I fully support both Police and Firefighters, but I also believe these people are a blight on the reputation of firefighters
