I ordered several grill cleaning items, which were promptly charged to my credit card. After 3 weeks with no delivery, I attempted to contact the company about my order. The only contact method I could find is by email, and after several emails I sent, I got a reply that the shippers were at fault, and allow a few more days for delivery. Same response 2 weeks later. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and after several weeks, they responded that one item I wanted was on back order, and that is what held up shipment of my other items as well. They did apologize for the lack of communication, but at this point, I’m not waiting for items to be back in stock. I’m asking for my money back, and will never get the time back I lost in trying to get this company to do what they claim. Beware.
