Grimaldi lines are so bad. There was no information at all where the ferry even starts or what we need to do to check in. No information about the ship, no map or anything. We spent 60β¬ on a restaurant dinner that we never got because nobody told us that we need to eat it at midnight at the first night and we couldn't get it the next day. Nobody speaks English and everyone is unfriendly and incompetent at the same time. They make announcements every ten minutes that no one can understand, not even which language it is supposed to be in. Also no vegetarian food and the drinks are very bad and overpriced. There was construction work all over the ship so it was super loud and dirty everywhere. It is a bad and expensive joke.
