Delays with Ultra Express Delivery

I'm unsure if this is standard, but I ordered an Ultra Express package about 20 hours ago and it still hasn't arrived. The promised delivery time was 12 hours, which is quite disappointing. I'm still hopeful it will come soon. Update: It's now been 29 hours, and I'm still waiting. I emailed about 8 hours ago but haven't received a reply yet. It has a 24-hour estimated delivery time, so I'm still waiting for that.
