Ordered a couple of weeks ago and still haven't received a dispatch notification. Customer service advised my order was 'on the way' but hasn't provided tracking or a dispatch email. The website advises dispatch within '1-2 days' and for a company that advertises itself the way Grind does, I would expect better customer service.
Probably won't be ordering again. A family member ordered after me and has received his order but the tins arrived damaged and he said the coffee wasn't great.
