Introduced as a holiday gift, now a loyal subscriber

I was introduced to this service as a holiday gift and enjoyed their coffee so much that I decided to subscribe online for regular deliveries. The flexibility to change the type of coffee or adjust the delivery schedule is excellent. They keep you updated when your coffee is dispatched, and the delivery service confirms when it arrives. I've never encountered any issues. Plus, I earn points with each order, which allows me to enjoy free coffee occasionally. I highly recommend it to anyone.

A Wonderful Gift Experience

My husband gifted me a coffee machine for Christmas, and with my daughter's encouragement, he also got me a sample of the coffee pods to try with it. The coffee is delightful, and I love that the pods are compostable! I've just set up my subscription using her referral code and received an additional discount on top of the initial 25% off my first order, along with a free tin! It's fantastic value for money... I can't wait to explore more flavors and savor my morning coffee.

Longtime customer disappointed with taste change

I've been purchasing the #10 Dark Blend for years for my home pod machine, but recently the flavor has shifted. It's noticeably weaker now. I will seek a different option unless the taste improves.

I chose next day delivery, but after two days, I still haven't received any updates. My order status remains as awaiting processing. While this could be a minor issue, the lack of a contact number on the website makes it worse. The online chat is automated, and the number found on the app only provides a pre-recorded message directing me to email options. I'm left in the dark about my order and unable to reach a real person.

Disappointing coffee at high prices

I don't usually leave negative reviews unless necessary. The concept of a subscription coffee service seems impractical when grocery stores offer coffee weekly. However, I was attracted by the appealing tin and a student discount. To summarize: local Illy coffee is £5.80 for 250g, while this subscription costs £14.95 for 454g, delivering a subpar product. The coffee lacks flavor and goes stale quickly. When brewed, it appears almost clear and fails to enhance my milk. The grind is too coarse for a Moka pot, and even after reordering, the quality remained disappointing. I'll return to standard brands, as they outperform this one. I gave two stars since the price isn't drastically higher than others (though still too steep for the quality), and delivery was prompt and fit through my letterbox. Cancelling was also easy. They need to improve product quality before I consider ordering again.

Perfect gift
