I ordered Grip Harness for my fur baby Lulu, & when the first order came, it was too small for her, so I messaged the grip harness people & asked them if I could send that harness back in exchange for the next size up. I sent them her measurements & I asked how I was to send the smaller harness back. They got back to me & told me to just donate the smaller one to someone that could use it. I thanked them for their kindness & generosity & I would do business with them again. I appreciated what they did to go out of their way to do that, & I'll never forget this.
