I have bought several of the harnesses and was generally pleased. My dog is strong but only weighs 35 pounds, so she doesn’t put excessive strain on a harness. However, my troubles began when I ordered a new harness on sale. Upon reviewing my order, I noticed an unexpected charge for an additional set of labels. I attempted to find a contact number but couldn't, as others have mentioned. I initiated an email conversation, initially asking to simply remove the extra labels, thinking it would be straightforward since I made the request right away. Instead, they ignored my request and directed me to verify my shipping address and follow a specific format. I then asked to cancel the order entirely, but they informed me that their cancellation policy only allowed for cancellations within 24 hours. They charged my account for the original amount immediately. A week later, I still hadn't received the harness, nor had I seen any effort to ship it. Although their website claims that customer support is available 24/7, it seems their main focus is on collecting payments rather than addressing customer concerns.
Purchased 2 harnesses a year ago. One of them is perfect, the other had a defect in stitching ( the perfect one is large and used on a golden that pulls) the medium one used on a labradoodle that does not pull. The medium one fell apart. One would think Grip Harness would stand by the product, but do NOT be fooled. They do not in anyway stand by the product. Spend your money elsewhere, lots of options with exactly the same design on the market today. Buy from a company that backs their product for longer than 7 days lol. I ordered my harness in March 2025, still not recieved it , all excuses about team having rush on orders, I feel like after about 10 emails I'm getting nowhere, I'm in nz and cost was $68 nz dollars, so that's not cheap, I feel like I've been duped, it was advertised on FB
Still waiting for my order. It's been over a month and like many others, my credit card was charged immediately. I contacted them and was asked to confirm my address which I did. Then came the usual excuses about going to the warehouse to check. Next came the 'wonderful news' email, advising me it was on the way. Tracking does not work either. This so called company is a total scam and the 'warehouse' does not exist. Beware!!

Honestly I don't appreciate the excuses, I ordered at harness with other things at christmas and there's constant excuses why it hasn't arrived. Half a refund is nice but if your gonna screw somebody over and just take money with no delivery I find that to be quite the scam! I wouldn't trust ordering if you expect to reciev3 anything but excuses!
The Harness is perfect. It fits my giant hound great. First time I have had the nerve to take my 100 lb Dalmation for a walk. She is still trying to pull us down but with this Harness she has to mind us. I really like the Name tags and phone number on the Harness.
